Our manufacturing processes are meticulously executed to ensure our caravans comply with our high-quality standards. Prior to the handover of a Carrera Caravan to our customers two independent pre-deliveries are completed as part of our quality control procedures.
A one-piece fibreglass roof is beneficial for weight saving, it also allows for minimal roof joins. Marine Ply flooring protects the underside of the caravan from the elements ON and OFF-Road.
Included is a fully insulated meranti frame designed with corrugations and tough terrain taken into consideration. The front, back and sides of our caravans is a combination of aluminium checker plate and 3mm thick aluminium composite panelling.
We utilise a 6” supagal chassis coated in hammer tone paint in order to retain the longevity ascetics of the chassis. We offer two suspension configurations which are OFF-Road and Semi OFF-Road.
All plumbing and gas works are completed by certified plumbers. These works comply with Victorian codes and standards, a Plumbing and gas certificate is also included.
All electrical works are completed by certified electricians. These works comply with Victorian codes and standards, an electrical certificate is included with every caravan.
We only incorporate quality components from reputable brands with established warranty policies in our caravans.
